TradeCard Services a Joint Venture between Sabre Technologies, Sri Lanka and TradeCard Inc. USA.

The Board of Investment of Sri Lanka granted investment approval to TradeCard Services (Private) Limited for a project to develop software for export. Mr. Dhammika Perera, Chairman / Director General signed the agreement and formally presented the BOI Certificate of Registrations to the investors. Mr. Chandan de Silva, CEO MAS Investments signed the agreement on behalf of the venture. This project is an investment of US $ 150,000 located in Colombo providing employment for 35 professionals.
TradeCard Services is a joint venture between Sabre Technologies, Sri Lanka and TradeCard Inc. USA. Sabre Technologies, Sri Lanka is a subsidiary of MAS Investments. TradeCard Services was set up as a dedicated software development and service centre exclusively for TradeCard Inc. and its global clientele. 
TradeCard Services, Sri Lanka will be responsible for all activities of TradeCard Inc. in this region including sales and marketing. The region the venture manages includes India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Israel and Turkey.
TradeCard Inc. operates and manages a trade platform that connects buyers, sellers and financial service providers to ease their documentation processes and payment settlement bringing process efficiency and visibility across the entire supply chain. By having financial service providers connected both buyers and sellers are offered various financing and risk coverage schemes within the TradeCard platform itself.
